Let’s Learn Digital, in partnership with Plexal, was engaged to develop an innovation
capability and entrepreneurial mindset within Zurich’s future leaders.

The five-day innovation sprint included capability development, which focused on:

  • engaging with technology trends and thought leaders
  • learning about the practices that make startups successful while being immersed in an environment full of high growth technology businesses

The client could also put what they learned into practice, while daily coaching focused on Zurich’s innovation priorities.

Plexal designed and delivered a tailored five day Innovation Sprint for Zurich’s future
leaders giving participants the opportunity to:

  • explore emerging trends and their impact
  • develop capability in leading innovation methodologies such as design thinking, lean startup, rapid prototyping and growth hacking
  • apply their daily learnings, working on the Zurich innovation priorities that resulted in
    a final pitch
  • be coached by expert innovators and proven startup mentors within the Plexal
    innovation environment, integrating relevant startups within a structured approach

Within a structured approach, participants developed a deep understanding of innovation
methods, explored how to apply these in working practice and worked through a full
Sprint process from initial stage to a final pitch of their solutions that can be taken back to
the business.
