Learn more about life at Plexal and our company culture...
Being a member of the Plexal team means feeling empowered to experiment, test and create.
As a startup, we work in a fast-paced working environment that’s geared towards supporting innovators – people who are using technology and creativity to solve some of our biggest challenges.
But we’re also big believers in having a healthy work-life balance: we want everyone in our team to be themselves and live their best lives.
Our working hours are flexible, our dress code casual and we take advantage of our volunteer days to do something we’re passionate about that sits outside of our usual job. Side hustles are encouraged too – many of us have supper clubs, run our own businesses or are learning something new.
We aren’t actively recruiting for any positions at the moment, but if you want to get on our radar please do still drop us a line with your CV and cover letter at firstname.lastname@example.org. It’s likely we could have a role coming up in the next few months that might just be the perfect fit.
We believe that innovation and creativity stems from having the most talented employees who have a range of perspectives to offer.
We want Plexal to be a place where everyone, regardless of their background, can succeed and where their differences contribute to Plexal’s success. If you have any suggestions for how we can make our recruitment process more inclusive, please contact us on email@example.com. We can always do better.
We put the customer at the heart of everything we do. We’re here for the innovators, and their mission is our mission.
We create an environment where we’re excited to come to work, and we always have fun.
We believe in the power of bringing people together and celebrating a diversity of thought and experience. We respect our colleagues, recognise their contributions, listen to their perspectives and help each other – always.
We’re creators who encourage experimentation and learn from failure. And we’re not afraid to have our own opinions challenged – in fact, we welcome it.
