Plexal has partnered with Barclays Eagle Labs to deliver its Scaleup Programme.
Scaleup Programme is a curated four-month hybrid programme, designed for high-growth UK tech companies ready to tackle the challenges of scaling.
Through expert-led workshops, including four in-person days, one–to–one support, peer learning and tailored connections, Scaleup Programme programme is built to help you take your scaleup to the next level.
Geared towards digital tech businesses pushing the boundaries of areas such as AI and healthtech, Scaleup Programme provided impactful sessions of support from Plexal’s connected UK-wide ecosystem of founders, mentors, investors and customers, with content tailored to address the unique challenges faced by fast-growth scaleups.
By using Plexal’s expertise of combining innovation and collaboration, which leads to powerful results, the Scaleup Programme will help businesses solve society’s biggest challenges, from building healthy communities to enabling sustainable innovation.
THE PROGRAMME
The Scaleup Programme is built around the real-life challenges that fast-growth companies face. Over four months, you will explore four key pillars of scaling:
- Leadership, people and operational foundations
- Scaling commercial performance
- Customer value, retention and expansion
- Funding Strategy and capital planning.
Each month focuses on one pillar, combining curated content with lived founder experience. You’ll benefit from:
- Hands-on, expert-led workshops
- Curated masterclasses and online resources
- One-to-one and group coaching
- Connections with corporates, customers, and ecosystem leaders
- Access to a community of like-minded founders.
All designed to reflect the pace and pressure of scaleup life, while giving you the tools to thrive.
Scaleup Elevate
For eight standout companies* we offer an exclusive two-month support extension (with one month overlapping the core programme) including:
- Two-day founder retreat
- PR opportunities
- Bespoke mentoring sessions
- VIP ecosystem networking opportunities.
*Selection is based on potential, progress and engagement shown during the initial programme.
Participation in Scaleup Elevate is only available to companies with an existing Barclays Business Banking relationship at the time of selection.
