Barclays Eagle Labs Scaleup Programme delivered by Plexal, funded by the UK Government
Plexal, the innovation company, has partnered with Barclays Eagle Labs to deliver its Scaleup Programme, which is funded by the UK government.
We’ve designed this six-month programme to provide the foundation for scaleups to succeed as they navigate their rapid growth trajectory around everything from an uncertain economic environment through to the complex day-to-day scenarios that arise as part of scaling up, such as maintaining company culture while increasing headcount.
Geared towards digital tech businesses, Scaleup Programme will provide impactful sessions of support from Plexal’s connected UK-wide ecosystem of founders, mentors, investors and customers, with content tailored to address the unique challenges faced by fast-growth scaleups.
By using Plexal’s expertise of combining innovation and collaboration, which leads to powerful results, the Scaleup Programme will help businesses solve society’s biggest challenges, from building healthy communities to enabling sustainable innovation and beyond.
THE PROGRAMME
What’s the format?
Scaleups will primarily have on–demand access to peers, mentors and coaches online to minimise time away from the business, which will be complemented with key engagements for in-person opportunities to build connections with fellow growth-driven leaders.
Who’s it for?
Whether you’re a scaleup looking to raise your next round of funding, increasing revenue from £1m to £10m+ or navigating how to expand into new international markets, Scaleup Programme can help you take your business to the next level through content, coaching, community and connections.
We’re looking for applications from UK businesses with over ten employees, £1m and above in turnover and 20% annual growth in turnover or headcount each year for the past three years.
Please note, we will not take any equity or intellectual property if you’re selected to be part of the programme.
When’s it run?
From September 2023 until March 2024, with a two-week break scheduled over Christmas.
