LORCA is looking for members to join its second programme, and this time it’s focusing on people and securing supply chains.
As our supply chains have become complex, digitalised and globalised, it’s become harder to ensure they’re secure at each stage.
Meanwhile, there’s a growing acknowledgement that people are at the heart of most attempted cyber attacks, and that with the right training they can become an asset (rather than a risk). These are the two challenges that will be the focus for cohort two of LORCA: a government-backed cybersecurity programme being delivered out of Plexal.
LORCA has just announced that it’s opening applications for its second 12-month programme. It’s asked industry leaders what their biggest challenges are and they said: finding user-centric cyber solutions and securing supply chains. So the centre is now looking for innovators who have a solution to become a member of its second 12-month cohort.
You’ll get tailored support to help you develop and scale your product or service to meet the needs of industry, as well as:
- opportunities to connect with corporates from a range of sectors
- expert advice from LORCA partners Deloitte and the Centre for Secure Information Technologies (CSIT)
- free desk space at Plexal and access to the LORCA lounge
- invites to our member-only events and networking opportunities
You’ve got until 5pm on 2 November to apply, and if you’re successful you’ll join us here at Plexal in January 2019.
