Prioritise your mental wellbeing during World Mental Health Awareness Week at Plexal!

Mental health is just as important as physical health, which is why we’re excited to host McPherson Meditation for a day during World Mental Awareness Week at our coworking space in Stratford.

We’ll be welcoming Rory from McPherson Meditation to lead guided meditation sessions, mindfulness workshops, and wellness talks. These events are open to all Plexal members and guests, providing an opportunity to recharge and destress.

Meditation has been shown to reduce anxiety, improve focus, and boost overall wellbeing. Our partnership with McPherson Meditation makes it easy for you to integrate these practices into your workday.

2 – 2.45pm: Breathwork Workshop

3 – 3.45pm: Stress and Anxiety Reduction Meditation

4 – 4:45pm: Gratitude and Appreciation Workshop and Meditation

To help spread awareness I will be hosting a number of classes that cover topics including work based stress and anxiety, gratitude & appreciation and breath-work.
