Plexal is east London’s innovation centre and coworking space for tech entrepreneurs, and our marketing and content and coordinator is a crucial part of everything we do.
They’re the person who brings our members together, helps them make the right connections, tells their stories to the world and executes our epic events programme.
You will be a member of our marketing team and work closely with our wider community team as well as be tuned into the work our innovation leads are doing in cybersecurity, mobility and social inclusion.
We’re looking for a proactive, creative go-getter who enjoys writing, is able to work in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple content channels and is passionate about innovation, technology and bringing people together.

With so much happening at Plexal, you’ll be the person who makes sure our members know what’s on.
You’ll have previous writing experience and be able to write emails, website copy, event listings, copy for flyers and more in our tone of voice.
You’ll also be our reporter on the ground, capturing member stories and taking photos for social media, or even writing longer profiles of members for our website.
You should be able to publish content across multiple platforms (digital signage, websites, print collateral and more) and ensure all content is fresh and up-to-date.
Our marketing and content coordinator will work with our community team to execute an exciting events programme (virtual and offline) for our members.
You’ll be able to come up with event topics for our meetups, source speakers and host events like our women in business meetup, founders meetup and more.
