Plexal x clueQuest virtual escape room: stop Professor Blacksheep!
The popular clueQuest escape room has gone virtual, and all Plexal members are invited!
What to expect
1.5 hours of blended online and offline clue-busting, puzzling and a race to stop an evil professor hosted by clueQuest’s top escape room experts.
You’ll be posted confidential briefing and task documents in advance. You can also opt to receive them by email and print them yourself.
Plexal will email you a unique Zoom link to join the session. It’s best to join with your camera on for this one.
We’ll give you the option to select teammates to play with, or you can also join as an individual and you’ll get assigned a team on the day.
The mission begins at 4pm with a briefing from clueQuest’s expert game hosts. They’ll stick with us for the rest of the session to help out and provide clues if we lose our way.
You’ll need your confidential briefing documents at this point – and a pair of scissors.
The game officially kicks off at 4:25pm, runs for an hour and we’ll meet back at 5:25pm to run through the leaderboard.
Props, dressing up and drinks are encouraged!
Mr Q and the clueQuest team are trying to track down the world’s greatest supervillain: Professor Blacksheep.
Rumour has it he’s retreated to his hideaway in the North Pole. From there he’s built a supercomputer capable of carrying out his diabolical plans.
Can our heroes find the professor and stop him before it’s too late? Perhaps, but they’ll need your help to do it!
What we need from you
- Register for the event
- We’ll email you and ask if you’d like to have your documents pack posted or emailed to you (make sure your printer is working and you have enough toner if you choose this option). You can also choose to collect them from our reception desk at Plexal.
- We’ll send the documents to your address of choice. Your details will only be used for the purpose of this event and will be deleted afterwards.
- Bring scissors on the day!
We only have 25 places for this game, so if you can’t make it please let us know so we can pass that space on to someone else.
We pay a fixed price for the session, so any no-shows mean we’re out of pocket and someone else is out of a fun break from lockdown life.
